Reflecting on nearly two decades of success, Paul attributes his achievements to the solid foundation he built at DES.

Morales remembers Paul as an exceptional student, full of enthusiasm and initiative. “Paul was a natural, and I knew he’d be a long-term asset to the ESRD community,” Morales shares.

Camilla Morales, LVN: A Legacy in the Making

Camilla Morales, daughter of Michael Morales, began her journey with Dialysis Education Services in 2015 while still in high school. Her early exposure to the field paid off, allowing her to excel in her studies and establish a strong foundation for future success. Since then, she has taken on diverse roles, ranging from a hemodialysis technician to a dermatology nurse. Camilla’s journey underscores the power of early exposure and specialized training for dialysis technicians.

Omar Eulloqui: From Sales to Dialysis Success

Omar Eulloqui, who graduated in October 2012, exemplifies dedication and passion. Transitioning from home improvement sales, Omar embraced the challenge of a new field. Despite starting with little knowledge of dialysis, he graduated as an expert, thanks to Morales’s approachable teaching style.

Omar’s career took off quickly, landing a job two weeks after applying. His role as a Patient Care Technician and trainer highlights the preparedness DES instills in its students. Omar has served in roles in patient care, clinical coordination, and education as a vascular access regional manager and, most recently, a facility administrator and hiring manager.

The Sanjyo Family: A Tale of Compassion and Commitment

Takehiro and Czarenalyn Sanjyo, both from the class of 2011, offer a unique perspective. Takehiro, originally a sales associate, and Czarenalyn, a BSN, RN graduate from the Philippines, met at DES. Their shared journey led to successful careers as a Certified Hemodialysis Technician and Registered Nurse in Southern California dialysis clinics.

Czarenalyn celebrates over 10 years at the same facility where she trained in Carson as a Registered Nurse. Takehiro has been with a government hospital and has become a primary lab instructor at DES, shaping future technicians. Their commitment to sharing knowledge and providing compassionate care is a testament to the values instilled by DES.

Today, Takehiro and Czarenalyn are married with three daughters, enjoying fulfilling careers and a strong sense of community. Their story reflects the supportive environment at DES, leading to personal and professional growth.
